Training COURSES and WORKSHOPS on ANTI-Discrimination and Societal POWER Structures

UNBIAS is a collective of trainers in the field of non-formal civic education from different backgrounds. With our work we question existing power structures in society and make their influence on our lives visible. We give participants the space to learn about their own biases and to position themselves in society. This way we want to sensitize for different forms of discrimination and how e.g. racism and sexism intersect. We ask how one can use privileges, be allies, empower oneself and counteract inequality. 

Our aim is to create awareness for societal power structures and thus contribute to social change and the spreading of alternative narratives.
