ABOUT US

OUR APPROACH

Non-formal holistic education is the basis of our work. It is important for us to learn about the participants' needs, interests and experiences and to take them into account throughout the whole learning process.

We believe that learning from one’s own cognitive, emotional and physical experiences is the most sustainable way of learning. Therefore we use hands-on activities in order to engage mind, feelings and body. The workshops are enriched with theoretical insights but the focus lies on the participants' contributions.

A reliable intuition guides us to creatively and empathetically open up topics and people for each other. This way we want to create spaces for honest (self-)reflection, exchange at eye-level and in-depth discussions.
