The goal of Social Justice Education is full and equal participation of all groups in a society that is mutually shaped to meet their needs. Social Justice includes a vision of an equitable society in which all members are physically and psychologically safe and secure.


In the Social Justice and Diversity trainings, we bring people into an open exchange about social power structures and discrimination. The participants learn about:

  • their own stereotypes and prejudices, their effects and the differences between them

  • their own involvement and positioning in power structures

  • the recognition of structural discrimination

  • the examination of different forms of discrimination like racism, sexism and classism

  • systemic intersectionality


It is important to us not to resort to moralizing and shaming, but to focus on reflecting and understanding. The training encourages participants to truly listen to various points of view and to endure different positions. Our goal is to create spaces for critical thinking and to transform experience into action.


Our training courses are aimed at:

  • Working professionals in civil society organizations, foundations or companies

Teams that want to take a step toward embedding social justice at the individual and later organizational level with diversity within the organization

  • Volunteers, scholarship holders, groups of youth exchange:

People who are committed to justice and want to deepen their knowledge and sharpen their understanding of discrimination, including the reflection on one’s own societal position

  • Curious minds:

Anyone who strives for a just society and is curious about deepening their knowledge about different facets of diversity and discrimination mechanisms. This includes reflecting on one’s own involvement in structural and individual intersectional systems and practices of discrimination
